Who Is The Most Complained About Airline?

The Canadian Transportation Agency has released new data around complaints filed against airlines from April to September of this year. The most complaints regarding Canada’s discount airlines; there were 13.7 complaints per 100 flights for Flair Airlines, and 12.6 complaints per 100 flights for Swoop Inc. Sunwing Airlines received 8.6 complaints per 100 flights, while WestJet received 4.9,and Air Canada received 3.6, while Air Transat had the lowest number of complaints filed with the CTA at 2.2 per 100 flights.  In terms of foreign-operated airlines, the airline with the highest number of complaints was Qatar Airways at 24.1 complaints per 100 flights.
