Operation Red Nose wraps up a successful campaign

Operation Red Nose was back in operation over the past month, returning after a two-year hiatus, providing safe rides home for those who enjoyed a bit extra Christmas cheer.
SGI spokesperson Tyler McMurchy thanks all those who chose to find a safe ride home, and gave a special shout-out to the 366 volunteers who provided 401 safe rides for holiday revelers in Saskatchewan.
He also thanked the police officers from across the province, who worked to keep the roads safe
Four Saskatchewan communities – Yorkton, Prince Albert, Saskatoon and The Battlefords – took part in Operation Red Nose this holiday season.
In Yorkton, 52 volunteers gave their time between November 25th and December 31st, to provide a total of 68 safe rides home.
