Suppin’s 2 goals leads Millionaires to road win in Yorkton

SJHL

Issac Suppin scored twice, while Cooper Chisholm chipped in with 1G 2A to lead the Melville Millionaires to a 5-2 win over the Yorkton Terriers, to snap their 8 game losing streak.

Caden Drury (1st SJHL goal) and Tucker Buhay also scored from the Mils, while Dylan Ruptash and Brett Butz replied for the Terriers.

Clement Labillois made 23 saves on 25 shots to earn the win, while Caleb Allen allowed 5 goals on 14 shots.

Backups Luke Brunen (5 saves on 5 shots in MLV goal) and Tyson Smith (11 saves on 11 shots in YKT net) also made appearances in the net.

The two teams will meet once again on Saturday night in Melville starting at 7PM on “Teddy Bear Toss” Night at the HCUC.
