Police Probe An Incident On The Cowessess F.N

Some tense moments on the Cowessess First Nation Saturday afternoon when Broadview RCMP were called in to help track down a man who may have been armed near the water treatment plant. A public service announcement on the communities Facebook said a man who “may be armed with a gun” had abandoned his vehicle near the community’s water treatment plant. Police arrested the man, but did not confirm whether a weapon was involved.
