A reminder for business owners in Yorkton.
Mayor Mitch Hippsley states that business licenses must be renewed by March 31, adding renewal forms have been sent to businesses by email.
Business licenses can be renewed online at www.yorkton.ca/renewal.
Active Living Month
Mayor Mitch Hippsley says there are several ways residents can stay active in the city.
In addition to the Access Communications Water Park at the Gallagher Centre, the Gloria Hayden Community Centre has squash and racquetball, and people can walk at the Gloria Hayden for free for the entire month of January.
Urban poling at the Gloria Hayden Community Centre and Gallagher Centre Flexi-hall is free of charge, as is public skating at the Westland Insurance Arena at select times.
