February court date made for one of two people arrested in connection with a November death at Keeseekoose First Nation

One of two people arrested in connection with a death on the Keeseekoose First Nation, has appeared in court again.

19-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Junior was in Kamsack today (Tue), charged with Second Degree Murder, and was remanded in custody to February 21st.

His co-accused, 41-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Senior, returns to to court February 7th on a charge of Being an Accessory After the Fact.

On November 19th, Kamsack RCMP were called to the Keeseekoose First Nation, where they found a 16-year-old Cote First Nation boy dead at the scene.
