One of two Regina residents enter guilty plea on charges from drug seizure outside of Yorkton

Two people arrested after the vehicle they were travelling in, hit the ditch east of Yorkton, have appeared in court again.

Yorkton RCMP responded to the scene on January 7th, where they determined the vehicle and license plate were stolen from Regina.

A search of the vehicle turned up cocaine, crystal meth, fentanyl, hydromorphone and other illict drugs.

In Yorkton Court today (Wed), 25-year-old Crystal Fox of Regina pled guilty to a number of charges, and was sentenced to time served in custody, and nine months of probation.

Her co-accused, 33-year-old Dustin Rusnak of Regina, was remanded in custody for next Wednesday.
