A new court date has been set for one of two Winnipeg residents, arrested in connection with the death of an Indian Head Mountie.
44-year-old Marlene Pagee was back in court yesterday (TUES), charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and her next court date is set for February 28th, in Regina.
Her co-accused, 43-year-old Alphonse Traverse, is going to trial on a First Degree Murder Charge, with his next pretrial appearance in Regina set for March 24th.
On June 12th, 2021 in Wolseley, Constable Shelby Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen from Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.
