Punnichy district man back in court on theft and weapon charges

A new court date has been set for one of two men, facing theft and firearm charges.

On December 12th, Regina City Police spotted a stolen vehicle, and two suspects fled on foot, but they were both eventually arrested.

20-year-old James Cyr of the Punnichy district, was back in court yesterday (TUES), with his matter adjourned to February 21st in Regina.

Meanwhile, his co-accused, 18-year-old Dakota Button, of Regina remains in custody, to appear again today (WED).
