A Sakimay First Nation man arrested in connection with an attempted break-in, has appeared in court again.

On January 7th, Broadview RCMP were called to the Cowessess First Nation, after a man had allegedly uttered threats and left the area with a firearm in a truck.

The suspect was later arrested at Cowessess, without incident.

25-year-old Austin Bellegarde appeared in Broadview Court yesterday (WED), and was remanded in custody to next Wednesday.
