New court date set for Regina woman charged in connection with August 2022 Amber Alert

A new court date has been set for a Regina woman, arrested in connection with an amber alert.

On August 7th, Regina Police were dispatched to a report of a woman taking her two-year-old son, whom she did not have custody of.

The suspect was arrested later that day in Regina, and the child was found unharmed.

In Regina Court yesterday (WED), 36-year-old Kerry Keewatin’s matters were adjourned to next Wednesday (Feb. 1).
