Emergency room services at the Wadena and Wynyard Hospitals will be temporarily disrupted throughout February, due to staffing challenges.

Beginning on February 1st, the emergency rooms will begin rotating temporary closures, and will be unable to provide regular after-hours and weekend lab and x-ray services.

Wynyard’s ER will be closed after 4pm on February 1st, 2nd, 6th, 7th, 10th, 15th, 16th, 21st, and 24th, while Wadena’s will be closed on February 3rd and 17th.

Lab and x-ray services at both hospitals will not be affected Mondays to Fridays from 8am-4pm.
