A Fort Qu’Appelle area man charged with Attempted Murder remains in custody, after making another appearance in Regina Provincial Court yesterday (THURS).

On September 8th, Regina police were called to a report of a weapons offence involving a firearm at Seventh Avenue and Pasqua Street.

A 23-year-old woman was there, and alleged a man pointed a firearm at her, then fired a shot, injuring her, and she was taken to hospital with injuries consistent with the allegation.

31-year-old Theoren Pasqua will be back in Regina Court next Friday (Feb. 3).
