Carson Baptiste tied the game mid-way through the 3rd then Sean Williams & Cole Carlson scored in the shootout to lead the Waywayseecappo Wolverines to a 4-3 win last night (Thurs) over the visiting Niverville Nighthawks.

Boone Mathison and Cody Blight also scored for the Wolverines in regulation while Trestor Wotton made 20 saves on 23 shots to earn the victory.

Josh Paulhus, Carson Reed and Carter Spirig replied for the Nighthawks.

The two teams will meet once again on Saturday night back in Niverville.
