Preeceville News & Notes: Valentine’s Cabaret next month, a call for donations for ski trail, local representation at the Canada Winter Games

There are some upcoming events coming up in the Town of Preeceville.

Mayor Ralph Ager says a Valentine’s Day Cabaret is on Saturday, February 11, featuring Lenny & the Gypsies at the Preeceville Community Legion Hall.

Tickets are 15-dollars in advance or are 20-dollars at the door. Advance tickets can be purchased at the town office.
Donations needed for ski trail
The Preeceville Family Lions Trail is looking for support from the towns residents.
Ager says that donations are needed to help keep the trails in tip-top shape.
The 2023 trail fee is 30-dollars per person or 40-dollars per family. Cheques can be dropped off at the town office.
Preeceville Represention at the Canada Winter Games
Preeceville is being represented at the Canada Winter Games.
Ager says that two skiers are taking part in the national event – Isaiah and Hudson Maier.
The Canada Winter Games will run from February 18th to March 5th and will feature 3,600 athletes.
