An update regarding a man charged after a massive drug and firearm bust in Southey.

29-year-old Darrian Laplante, of Regina, appeared in court there yesterday (TUES), and he remains in custody, with his next appearance in Drug Treatment Court set for next Tuesday (Feb. 7).

On June 10th, Southey RCMP executed a search warrant at a home in that community, where they seized a large amount of illicit drugs, drug trafficking paraphernalia, cash, several weapons and identification cards.
