Another court appearance has been made by a Sakimay First Nation man, arrested in connection with an attempted break-in.

25-year-old Austin Bellegarde was in Broadview yesterday (WED), and was remanded in custody for a bail hearing next Wednesday.

On January 7th, Broadview RCMP were called to the Cowessess First Nation, after a man had allegedly uttered threats and left the area with a firearm in a truck.

The suspect was later arrested at Cowessess, without incident.
