A 17-year-old youth has been arrested in connection with a double homicide in The Pas.

The male from Moose Lake is facing two charges of Second Degree Murder.

On January 15th, Mounties responded to a home in the town where two victims were located with obvious signs of trauma.

One was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other died in hospital the next day.

Police say there is no known connection between the two victims and the youth charged, and more arrests are anticipated.
