Fort Qu’Appelle-area man charged with Attempted Murder released from custody

A new court date has been set for a Fort Qu’Appelle district man, who was arrested November 2nd, and charged with Attempted Murder.

31-year-old Theoren Pasqua was in Regina Provincial Court on Friday (Feb. 3), where he was released from custody, to appear again on February 22nd.

The investigation began on September 8th, when Regina Police were dispatched to Seventh Avenue and Pasqua Street, to a report of a firearm offence.

Police located a 23-year-old woman, who alleged that a man had pointed and discharged a firearm at her, injuring her. She was taken to the hospital with injuries consistent with the allegation.
