An OCN man, arrested last April, and charged in connection with an alleged assault, has a new court date.

RCMP received a report on March 30th, saying that a 40-year-old OCN man had been shot in The Pas.

The victim sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries, and an arrest warrant was later issued for 30-year-old Shane Knutson.

Knutson was released from custody in December, and he was in The Pas Provincial Court yesterday (TUES), where a preliminary hearing was set for July 26th.
