New court date set for Keeseecoose F.N. man charged in firearm incident

A new court date has been set for a Keeseekoose First Nation man, arrested following a report of shots fired on the reserve.

On January 4th, Kamsack RCMP received a report of multiple shots fired, and a man walking around Keeseekoose with a firearm.

Officers arrested the suspect the next morning at a residence on the reserve, while also seizing four firearms and some ammunition.

22-year-old Dylan Kakakaway was in Kamsack Court yesterday (TUE), where he had his matters adjourned to March 14th.
