A man who had been unlawfully at large has made his first court appearance.

On January 27th, Yorkton RCMP requested the public’s assistance in locating 42-year-old Ryan Mulligan, who was last seen on Broadway Street West, and he was arrested in Saskatoon on February 3rd.

Mulligan appeared in Saskatoon Provincial Court yesterday, charged with Theft Under Five-Thousand Dollars.

He was remanded in custody for a bail hearing on March 2nd.
