New court date set for man charged in November death on Keeseecoose F.N.

A new court date has been set for one of two people charged in connection with a death on the Keeseekoose First Nation.

On November 19th, Kamsack RCMP were called to the reserve, where they found a 16-year-old Cote First Nation boy dead at the scene.

19-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Junior was in Kamsack Court yesterday (TUES), charged with Second Degree Murder, and was remanded in custody to March 28th.

His co-accused, 41-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Senior, returns to to court March 14th on a charge of Being an Accessory After the Fact.
