A male youth, charged in connection with a shooting death on the George Gordon First Nation, has been released from custody.
Police were called to a home on the reserve February 2nd, where they found a boy under the age of 10, dead at the scene.
As a result of the investigation, a boy, who can’t be named due to his age, was charged with Manslaughter with a Firearm.
The suspect is now scheduled to return to Punnichy Court on March 9th.
