The medal count for Team Parkland Valley at the Saskatchewan Winter Games continues to grow.
Heading into today’s (Thurs) competitions, Parkland Valley has 17 medals – 5 gold, 7 silver, and 5 bronze.
Yesterday (Wed) was a fruitful day, picking up an additional 2 gold, 5 silver, and 3 bronze.
Most of the medals came in Gymnastics as Madison Signarowski won a gold in the Bars Artistic event, and 2 silver for the Balance Beam and Floor Exercise events. Adora Jade Erhardt won gold in the Balance Beam, and a bronze in the Bars Artistic event. Kenzie Gorski picked up 2 silver in the Vault and Bars competitions, and a bronze in the Balance Beam.
In weight-lifting, Hayden Russell earned a silver in the Male 89 kilogram category, and Berkeley Kempton got the bronze in the same event.
