A Yorkton resident convicted of Manslaughter, in the death of another Yorkton man, has been sentenced.
The man, who can’t be named because he was 17 at the time of the offence, received 33 months of custody, to be followed by three months of community supervision.
He’s already spent nearly four years behind bars.
In September of 2018, 25-year-old Colin Focht was reported missing by his family.
Focht’s remains were found in a rural area outside of Yorkton, in April of 2019.
