Water Security Agency Released Spring Runoff Forecast

The spring runoff forecast is out for Saskatchewan.

Water Security Agency spokesperson Patrick Boyle says most of eastern Saskatchewan falls in the “above normal” runoff category.

However, Boyle doesn’t anticipate flood-related issues, even in areas where above normal runoff is expected.

Boyle adds it’s important to note that the forecast is based on conditions as of March 1st.
