A Muscowpetung First Nation man charged in connection with an armed robbery dating back to 2019 has made another court appearance.

31-year-old Jarrett Poitras was wanted on several charges, including Robbery with a Firearm, after he failed to appear in Regina Court of King’s Bench in June of 2021.

His charges stem from the alleged robbery of a business on the Muscowpetung First Nation in March of 2019.

Poitras appeared in Regina Provincial Court yesterday (THURS), and he was remanded in custody, to appear again next Thursday (Mar. 16).
