A murder that occurred sixteen years ago today (Mon) near Dauphin, still hasn’t produced an arrest.

On March 13th, 2007, 54-year-old Diane Paul was shot dead as she slept.

Her husband, former Dauphin Mayor Alex Paul, found her body, and was briefly held as a suspect, but was unconditionally released.

RCMP say the investigation will continue until charges are laid.
