A Saskatoon man arrested on weapon charges in Dauphin, is off the hook.
Last August, Mounties observed three men on bicycles who appeared to be in the process of conducting a drug deal.
21-year-old Collin Pruden was arrested, and a search of his backpack resulted in the seizure of a sawed-off shotgun, a handgun, bear spray, and break-in instruments.
Pruden had the charges against him stayed by the Crown yesterday (TUES), but the items seized by police were forfeited.
