Another court appearance has been made by a Dauphin man, arrested in connection with an assault and shots fired in that city.

In Dauphin yesterday (WED), 27-year-old Peter Flatfoot was released from custody, and had his matters adjourned to June 13th.

Last September, Dauphin RCMP say two people were confronted outside a business by two women, and a woman was struck in the head with a hard object, while a man was cut.

The victims got into their vehicle and began to leave, when a man shot at the victim’s vehicle, striking the passenger side, but didn’t injure anyone.
