Key First Nation man facing firearm charges returns to court

A new court date has been set for a man from The Key First Nation, arrested on firearm charges.

60-year-old Lyman Papequash was in Yorkton yesterday (THURS), where he was remanded in custody for Tuesday in Kamsack.

On January 25th, Mounties were called to The Key First Nation on a report of an armed man at a home there.

The suspect was arrested at another home a few hours later, and a firearm was seized at the scene.
