A Yorkton Court of King’s Bench Judge has granted bail to Odelia and Nerissa Quewezance.
Justice Don Layh made the decision this morning.
Both sisters have to abide by a number of conditions, while the federal Justice Department reviews their case.
The women were convicted of 2nd Degree Murder in the 1993 stabbing death of 70-year-old Anthony Dolff, but both argued their convictions were wrongful.
The Justice Department started a review last year, and says there may be a reasonable basis to conclude that there was a miscarriage of justice.
