A man arrested in connection with a homicide on the Skownan First Nation, has appeared in court again.

46-year-old Melvin Catcheway appeared in Dauphin yesterday (TUES), charged with Manslaughter, and he was remanded in custody to April 18th.

On January 14th, Mounties were called to the reserve on a report of an assault.

When they arrived at the home, they located a 68-year old man, dead at the scene.
