The investigation determined that the death of 24-year-old Peri Redwood was a homicide, resulting in the arrest of 24-year-old Hope Cyr.
Cyr appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Friday (Apr. 21), where she was remanded in custody, to appear again on May 12th.
