The trial for a woman charged in connection with the search of an Archerwill home continued last week.
Police searched the residence on March 30th of last year, finding quantities of drugs, including LSD, crystal meth, OxyContin and other assorted pills, as well as cash, ammunition, and various weapons, including a taser, machete, and an illegally-modified firearm.
39-year-old Holly Schweitzer of Archerwill, was found not guilty of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking on March 1st, but in Wynyard Court on Friday, her trial on the remaining drug and weapon charges was adjourned, to continue on June 14th, in Rose Valley.
Her co-accused, 55-year-old Rudi Betthel, of Bjorkdale, who faces similar charges following the March 2021 search of a home in that community, remains in custody, with a bail hearing set for May 11th in Saskatoon.
