An update regarding a Whitewood business owner, who faced numerous charges relating to the operation of what police called an unlawful marijuana dispensary
In November of 2016, Mounties raided a home and a business in Whitewood, and they seized cash, marijuana, hash oil, cell phones, computers, and three vehicles.
In Regina Court of King’s Bench, 51-year-old Jerry Martin recently pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana for the Purpose of Trafficking, and was given a six-month suspended sentence and a ten-year firearm prohibition.
The remaining charges against him were stayed by the Crown Prosecutor.
