According to the Saskatchewan government, there has been a strong interest from educators in working for the Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre.

129 educator, superintendent and principal positions have been filled, while an additional 30 teaching vacancies remain open.

To date, the province has received over 500 employment applications, since recruitment began one month ago.

Employment opportunities remain open at the main campus in Kenaston and at the nine regional campuses, including in Yorkton.
