A man charged following an October 2021 drug and firearm bust on the White Bear First Nation, made another court appearance last Tuesday.

On October 21, 2021, Carlyle RCMP executed a search warrant at a residence on the reserve, where they seized over 36 grams of cocaine, two illegally modified firearms, drug paraphernalia, and cash.

24-year-old Jaymes Bigstone faces numerous charges, including Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.

No date has been set for his trial by judge in Estevan Court of King’s Bench, but his next pretrial appearance there will be on May 19th.
