Another court appearance has been made by one of two Winnipeg residents, charged in connection with the death of an Indian Head RCMP officer.
On June 12th, 2021 in Wolseley, Constable Shelby Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen from Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.
44-year-old Marlene Pagee, who is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, will make her next appearance in Regina Provincial Court on May 25th.
Her co-accused, 43-year-old Alphonse Traverse, will stand trial for First Degree Murder, and he will make his next pretrial appearance in Regina Court of King’s Bench on May 19th.
