Scott Builders Inc. has been selected through a 2-stage procurement process to design and build the new Long-Term Care Home project in the town of Grenfell.

The new 33-bed home, will see construction start this summer, will include two spa tub rooms, a commercial kitchen, common living and dining spaces, administrative areas, a maintenance garage and parking stalls.

Moosomin MLA Steven Bonk said in the release that this home is very important to the community because it allows our seniors to live in a safe, supportive environment close to their friends and loved ones.

The substantial completion of the project is set for late 2024
