Yorkton Man Pleads Guilty to Stabbing Incident

Guilty pleas have been entered by a Yorkton man, charged in connection with a stabbing incident in the city.

In the early morning hours of April 30th, Mounties were called to downtown Yorkton, where a man had been stabbed, and sprayed with bear spray.

In Yorkton Court today (Wed), 21-year-old Jason Finlay was sentenced to one year in jail, and a lifetime firearms ban.

His co-accused, 22-year-old Terran Finlay of Yorkton, is still the subject of an arrest warrant.
