The Saskatchewan High School Provincial Badminton championships took place on Saturday in Unity and a local team was able to medal at the event.

The mixed doubles team of Jake Mayo and Saren Petrychyn  claimed a Bronze medal after beating the team from Wilkie in 2 sets.

Lemberg’s Jordan Hollinger (Boys Singles), Lemberg’s Cruz Orellana & Connor Behrns (Boys Doubles) and  Yorkton Sacred Heart’s Anglea Fetsch (Girls Singles) also competed at the Provincials.
