The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority continues the sale of its former retail stores.
In a release, the SLGA says it has accepted an offer of $370,000 on its property in Fort Qu’Appelle.
To date, the SLGA has sold off its properties in ten communities, including Fort Qu’Appelle, Esterhazy, Carlyle and Moosomin, bringing just over 3.25 million dollars to government coffers.
Of its 34 former retail store properties in the province, SLGA owned 19, with the majority of those buildings to be sold off, while five will be repurposed, to house other government organizations.
