One of two Winnipeg residents charged following the death of Indian Head RCMP Constable Shelby Patton, was back in court yesterday (THURS).
On June 12th, 2021 in Wolseley, Patton stopped a truck that had reportedly been stolen from Manitoba, and while Patton was out of his vehicle, the truck allegedly ran him over.
44-year-old Marlene Pagee, who is charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, remains in custody, and will make her next appearance in Regina Provincial Court on June 29th.
Her co-accused, 43-year-old Alphonse Traverse, will stand trial for First Degree Murder, and he will make his next pretrial appearance in Regina Court on King’s Bench next Friday (June 2).
