A Grenfell woman charged following a 2020 drug bust in Regina is off the hook..
On May 11, 2020, Regina Police officers noticed a white GMC truck, with three occupants, driving at a high rate of speed and later found it abandoned in an alley.
Three suspects were taken into custody, and a search inside the vehicle turned up cash and other items associated to drug trafficking as well as baggies with a substance believed to be illegal drugs on one of the suspects.
On June 1st, 20-year-old Taryn George appeared in Regina Provincial Court on charges including Possession of Crystal Meth and Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking, however the charges against her were stayed by the Crown Prosecutor.
