Dauphin-Area Man Found Not Guilty of Driving Deaths

A man charged in connection with a fatal two vehicle crash just north of Dauphin, is off the hook.

In August of 2019, Dauphin RCMP responded to a two vehicle collison at the intersection of two roads.

Two girls, ages four and six, later died of their injuries, while two women in the truck with them, suffered serious injuries, as did the man in the other truck.

27-year-old Jack Winters, of the R.M. of Dauphin, was in court yesterday (Thu), where the judge found him not guilty of all charges.
