Man accused of threatening Yorkton Regional High School back in court

A new court date has been set for one of two men, accused of making an online threat to the Yorkton Regional High School.

On March 14th, there was a report of a threat to the school, but police determined there was no danger posed to the students or staff.

24-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton, was in Yorkton today (MON), on charges of Uttering Threats and Public Mischief, and he had his matters adjourned to August 18th.

His co-accused, 21-year-old Cole Swain of Margo, returns to court on July 26th.
