Yorkton RCMP are advising the public of an increased police presence in the residential area of Maple Avenue, due to an ongoing investigation.
Mounties from Yorkton and additional RCMP resources will be in the area for an undetermined amount of time, and during this period, they ask residents to stay clear of the area.
Police thank residents for their patience, and advise that they will notify the public, if an increased risk to public safety is identified.
