Man accused of making online threat against Yorkton Regional High School back in court

One of two men accused of making an online threat against the Yorkton Regional High School, has appeared in court again.

On March 14th, there was a report of a threat to the school, but police determined there was no danger posed to the students or staff.

21-year-old Cole Swain of Margo, was in Yorkton Court today (WED), on one count of Uttering Threats, and he had his matters adjourned to Friday.

His co-accused, 24-year-old Austin Ross of Yorkton, returns to court August 18th.
